    Excellent that the removable non-stick plates have a granite coating and not some Teflon-type coating. Nothing really sticks, not even ground chicken or cheese, while the plates are very easy to remove for washing. Also, the top cover can open the plates 180 degrees and accommodate double the amount at the same time. A very big plus is that it can be stored vertically, so it doesn't take up much space.
