Unfortunately, after a liquid spill (carbonated water) and once it dried, the first layer of the pad's surface peeled off.
For its price, it's not bad but unfortunately, there are better options.

It looks quite high-quality, the mouse glides nicely on it.
It has a non-slip surface underneath but moves slightly from its position occasionally, mainly because I rest my elbow on it, so maybe that's why.
As for durability over time, only time will tell, I will come back with an edit.
