Excellent product. With one application using a brush directly on the rust, after a few hours the surface turned completely black and ready for painting

I have been using this product for years. The first time I applied it was on a 1976 FIAT 127, on the rusted floor, in 1998. Since then, this historic vehicle has never rusted again in those areas. Now I use it wherever there is rust, with excellent results. An incredibly good product.

Excellent product, stabilizes rust and leaves a sticky substrate for scraping. After scraping, you paint and the metal looks brand new.

I can't say if it does what it promises because I use it on heavily burdened fences. The downside it definitely has is that it foams during application and leaves a sticky surface that needs cleaning in order to apply the coating or finish.
