  This product was recommended to me because my nose was very blocked. You open this bottle, add water, and dissolve the salt in it. On the first use, I accidentally spilled all the saline solution because I didn't know how it worked yet, but on the second use, everything was fine. I really didn't believe the result. It completely unclogged my nose. Before, I couldn't breathe, but now I breathe more freely. Of course, I also use regular phisiomer with eucalyptus.

  My 11-year-old son recently tried it and I couldn't believe what I was seeing... complete nasal congestion relief easily. It is user-friendly and the nozzle didn't bother us even though it is quite wide. I didn't use the sachets, but I would put serum inside and the job was done quickly and simply! You rinse it with water under the tap after use and it's ready for the next time!

  It is effective, reliable but not value for money at all!!! For 9.60 euros including shipping and 2 days of waiting, there is no reason to purchase it!!! You can do exactly the same thing with a 50ml syringe from the pharmacy and warm saline solution at home with bottled water. 30 minutes for the syringe and 20 minutes for the 1.5 liter at the supermarket. I used it and threw it away to save space and got a syringe that you use and throw away so there's no need for sterilization!!!

  This type of bottles are really effective for children and those who have sinus issues. They clean the sinuses like nothing else. However, I found this particular company's product more difficult to use compared to Neilmed's. Hence, the three stars. The bottle is bigger and the nozzle doesn't fit as well for adults. But it will definitely get the job done. The sachets need to be dissolved in bottled water. Alternatively, you can purchase a liter of saline solution from the pharmacy.
