Honestly, I have to say it's an excellent headset. Quality sound, comfortable fit, and the battery doesn't run out (at least for me) within a day. I managed to get 3 hours from 35% battery until it made the low battery sound, and it still didn't shut down until I got tired (at least 30 hours). The main drawback I noticed is that it doesn't work at all while charging, even with a 3.5mm connection (although the 3.5mm connection doesn't require battery, so the headset can be used without it being charged). The latency with most games is unnoticeable, slightly noticeable with games that follow the music slightly (like Geometry Dash in my case), but rhythm games like osu and adofai can't be played without a 3.5mm connection. However, what impressed me is that you can use any combination of connections (USB dongle, Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack), even all three simultaneously. The build quality is so-so, if I move my head too much, it starts to creak, and the microphone mute button moves a lot, but the wheels are of good quality. Btw, due to the many controls on the side, I tend to struggle to take them off and put them on without touching anything (update: the headset comes off easily if you hold it with your fingers above the cups and your thumbs below). As for the microphone, I haven't heard any complaints about quality or disconnection from my friends, and what every review said about it going up and down easily hasn't affected me. The app hasn't impressed me. Yes, it activates surround sound, but I'm not convinced it's more than a gimmick, and the equalization doesn't do anything no matter what I've tried (update 25/9/23: today, when I tried it, it works, at some point it must have been fixed and I didn't notice | update 30/9: the EQ improves the sound 3x. I've been missing out all this time for not checking it. For anyone interested, a curve of +8, +7, +4, +1, 0, 0, +1, +4, +7, +8 makes excellent sound with nice bass and crisp high end). However, what I like is the button that appears in the bottom right of the taskbar, showing the battery, game/chat sound balance, etc.

    21/9/2023 Update
About 1.5 years since I received them, still going strong, they haven't shown any (additional) problems. A couple of things I forgot to mention:
    - The sounds the headset makes (to inform you about battery connection, etc.) are quite loud and can startle you suddenly (and there's no way to change it from the app). I often happen to watch videos late at night and get jumpscared by low battery. Also, they completely cut off the sound for 1-2 seconds.
    - The adjustment of the headband is not particularly stable (except when you wear them). For example, if you carry them by the headband or if you want to hang them, it will likely move. I found that you can stabilize it with bluetack (not an ideal solution).
    - If you have the headset on first and then connect the USB dongle, it doesn't automatically connect, you have to pair them again or close and reopen the headset.

Very nice except for one problem... YOU CAN'T USE THEM WHILE THEY'RE CHARGING... Yes, JBL has made them turn off while they're plugged in and the 3.5 Jack doesn't work either.

Generally, a very good headset, it would definitely be cheaper if we didn't have quarantine.
One negative aspect is that when it is charging, you cannot use the headset.
If the battery dies in the middle of your work, tough luck, if you connect the USB charger, the headset automatically turns off. You will have to find another headset to do your work while it charges.

I bought the headphones with great reservation! However, considering their appearance and the company behind them, I decided to take the risk and I didn't lose. First of all, the connectivity is incredible:
    1) with a 3.5mm Jack cable (unfortunately, they lose ANC),
    2) with Bluetooth (incredible performance in music with excellent clarity and good bass).
    3) with a USB wireless dongle (with one of the best applications I have worked with, providing many features and information. Additionally, simultaneous use of Bluetooth and USB is allowed).
They have DTS surround, which I believe is better than JBL's quantum surround, and aptX for Bluetooth connections.
And this brings us to the ANC chapter. I find it quite good, but not the best. Having tried the Sony WH-1000XM3, the JBL headphones fall short in comparison when it comes to noise cancelling, as they don't bother canceling certain sounds, unlike the Sony ones.
As I mentioned above, the volume is very satisfying for a gaming headset, while the bass is at the level of a music headphone, which I find very positive in my opinion.
The fit on the head is a bit tighter than I would like, but I don't find it tiring, and despite being made of plastic, I find the quality very good.
They also have many features, for example, the microphone turns off as soon as you lift it, and a red LED lights up around it. They have a game and chat mixer and many options for RGB lighting.
In the end, I consider it a very decent headphone, although a bit pricey (180€).
For anyone looking for something for both computers and mobile devices, for mixed use (music, movies, and mainly gaming), I highly recommend it!
