  I bought the phone on 12/06/2023 for €259 and what I have to say is that the phone is a gem for me. I won't change my phone for the next 2 years because the battery is not at all problematic, unlike the iPhone 8. It holds up quite well, and with my usage, it easily lasts a whole day. However, if someone uses it heavily, I believe it will run out of battery by 6-7 in the evening.

  The photos are very good, it may have a similar design to the iPhone X, but the cameras inside are different and according to dxomark, they resemble those of the iPhone 11. As for the video, let's not hide behind our finger, it's nothing like the Samsung I had before. But okay, I shouldn't compare a phone that cost €1000 to one that cost €200. I've said a lot, but anyway, it's a beast, even in benchmarks, it still performs well and is very close to the A13 Bionic.

  If you don't work with iOS for a week, you won't understand what iOS being smooth means. It's smooth in everything, and even if you have an iPhone 7, it won't lag at all. It's a phone from 2016, after all. Those who know, know.

  If you have €100 to spare, get an iPhone 7 instead of a Xiaomi Redmi. It will be three times better, and the regular ones break easily. The batteries don't last, you're stuck in 2014. If you don't use an iPhone, you won't understand

  Owner of iPhone since 3GS. I have gone through 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 5se, 6, 7, and now XS. Let me make it clear that if you don't get your hands on an iPhone for at least a week, you won't understand what iOS means compared to Android. Honestly, even today (January 2023), there is no need to transition to a newer one based on speed. Upgrade to 11 Pro and above only for technologies, materials, cameras, etc. If someone wants speed with a serious screen and reliability, the cheapest solution is XS, not the models below it, nor the 11. The price, kids, is not worth it at the moment on Skroutz, you can find it used in excellent condition for up to €350. It is an incredibly fast phone, it opens everything literally (let's not be fooled when you hear someone with a €200 Android phone saying that it opens everything quickly and doesn't freeze...) it is an iOS operating system where I press anything on the screen even before it loads a page and I don't even think if it will freeze... As for the battery, let's not hide behind our finger, it doesn't last a day with heavy use. With open data, music playing in the background from Spotify, and on social media, it doesn't last more than 5 hours. Face ID is the most reliable and useful thing that has been created. As for the camera, during the day it is considered above average for photography. At night, it is average. As for the sound, it's more or less like the new iPhones. If you don't go for this, look from iPhone 12 and above.

  Although the 2018 model still stands comfortably, I got it slightly used when entering iOS for the first time. The high build quality is easily visible from the moment you hold it. Amazing screen with absolute black, tremendous sound mainly in quality, stereo of course, and very good camera with realistic color reproduction. iOS is very easy and ergonomic. Finally, I would like to point out that the device is characterized by the following "firsts". 1) Design-wise, it is the first iPhone without a central button and bezels. I consider that, design-wise always, the next truly interesting and distinctive model is the 12. 2) It is the first iPhone with an OLED screen. 3) The first with face ID and eSIM card capability. 4) The only iPhone so far referred to by letters and not by numbers.   Having this specific phone for over two years, I present this long-term review.
  The construction materials are excellent and the size is extremely convenient (5.8").
  The OLED screen is stunning. Previously, I had the iPhone 7 Plus. The difference is noticeable, not only because of the inches but also the colors, brightness, etc. As for the camera notch, it is big but not bothersome after so much time.
  The processor, the A12 Bionic, is very fast. It may be accompanied by a little RAM, but it works perfectly without any lag.
  The battery lasts about a day with the intensive use I make due to work (usually it completely dies around 9 PM). The charger that came in the box (which is no longer included) is relatively fast. Wireless charging is, in my opinion, useless, so I haven't tried it more than twice.
  The cameras are perfectly satisfactory, I have no complaints.
  The video, like in all iPhones, is five steps ahead of the competition in stabilization. Otherwise, it also performs amazingly.
  The speakers are fantastic. You enjoy them.
  Finally, the operating system is very smooth and will not leave anyone unsatisfied. It may not be liked by those who download rare apps or custom ROMs.
  I am very satisfied. I wouldn't change it!
  Friendly advice: Prefer the iPhone 11 Pro since I notice that the price is close.

  Many mobile phones have passed through my hands, mainly unknown devices for most people like nexus 5x, pixel 2, oneplus
  But also well-known ones like LG g7, Sony, Samsung s10.
  Those of you who know the first companies, know that we are talking about mobile phones that are the best in terms of Android user experience.
  But in essence.
  Now I understand why this company has such a fanatic audience. Apart from those who want to hold an apple in their hands, there are also those who want a flawless software. In this aspect, iOS excels. Many applications in the AppStore. No software-related issues in any application, as you encounter in many other Android companies. (I should clarify that this happens due to the environment of each company and not due to Android software).
  The screen is very good and of course it is amoled, although it also supports ips panel and here the colors have a realism and not the exaggeration that most amoled screens have.
  In the most basic and important things that most people forget to mention. Call sound.
  Impeccable, even at maximum volume the earpiece does not distort the sound, it is clear and crystal clear (I have only encountered this in the oneplus 6 so far).
  The speaker does not blow your mind, but the sound that comes out is clear and loud (stereo of course).
  Battery.
  Considering its size of 5.8, iOS manages it very well and with a good to heavy usage it will easily last you until the evening when you go home.
  I don't play games but I watch a lot of videos. I have noticed that it doesn't perform very well in that aspect. It drains relatively quickly. But it supports fast charging. So if you have a good branded charger, it will help a lot.
  Now, about the cameras... so as not to bore you too much, I will tell you that if you want a mobile phone mainly for taking photos but you don't want to spend a lot of money, around 300-400, go for a google pixel 3-4 and that's it.
  No, its photos are not bad at all, it's just expensive only for that.
  But when it comes to videos... I have to say that so far at least, iOS is the king. Incredibly stable videos that are hard to find on Android devices.
  Finally, for those who want a mobile phone with stable software support for at least 5 years, here you are.
  Is it worth the money? Yes and no.
  If you want an apple device under 6'' with FHD screen and amoled, here you are. If you don't care about these things, of course, go for the iPhone 11.
  And of course, if you don't care about changing your mobile phone in a year, then Apple is the company for you. But even if you want to do it after 2-3 years, if you have taken good care of it, then you can sell it at a very good price.
  Finally, for the battery health issue, to make it last longer it would be good to watch some videos on YouTube.
  I have had it in my hands for 10 months and the battery health is still 100%.

  I will divide the review into 2 parts. As a device and as software.
  I bought it because I wanted to try an iPhone coming from Samsung Galaxy A3 and Huawei P10 and also because I found it in stock for 650 euros.
  As a device:
  -Sturdy, you can tell that what you bought is serious. It has endured many falls and never suffered any damage. Beautiful and the fact that the screen covers the entire front is great.
  -Battery is just OK. It neither impressed me nor disappointed me. It lasts a day with heavy usage, but that's about it.
  -The dual speakers amazed me, but they drain the battery very quickly, especially when they are at maximum volume.
  -Although waterproof, I have never put it in water to give an opinion.
  -The screen is very good with beautiful colors.
  -You must "mandatory" get a case, because it scratches easily when you place it on a surface and it touches the camera.
  -Inability to expand memory. Perhaps the worst feature from this company.
  As for the software... here is where it gets messy. Overall, the iOS disappointed me as I expected. I don't know what to comment on first.
  -MUSIC: Classic, you have to connect it to iTunes to transfer such files. Under no circumstances can you download from the internet. In any other case, you have to pay a subscription like on Spotify, which is clearly more updated and richer than Apple Music.
  -PHOTOS: I wasn't thrilled, the only interesting feature is the portrait mode and slow-motion videos. I'm not a professional to search for settings, etc. But for simple photos, I expected something better.
  -APPS-GAMES: Many apps are not well optimized for this software and constantly crash or don't work, resulting in their deletion. (As a Huawei watch owner, you can't adjust settings that you can adjust on Android) There are useless apps that only take up space. Forget about the mobile maps... I had to download Google Maps.
  ----What they say about it not crashing, etc., I consider it nonsense. Many times it has crashed, especially with the music app that wouldn't disconnect and after a restart, all my libraries were lost and I had to redownload a lot of GBs of music. Probably what they mean is that it doesn't glitch, as we say in gaming. That indeed doesn't exist.----
  -To transfer photos and videos to a computer should be theoretically a simple process, but even here... It freezes when transferring large capacity videos and freezes. The only way is to upload them to the Cloud and then download them to a computer.
  Other minor issues are the usual ones: problematic Bluetooth connections (in the car, the sound quality is affected - other issues with connecting to other devices), you can't set a custom ringtone, you can't send files via Bluetooth, and other minor annoyances that would take me hours to write, which when using the phone constantly become irritating.

  After 1 and a half years of use, I have to say that it still works perfectly without any battery or other issues. Because I value software, I would not buy an iPhone again. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference and the corresponding usage one has.

  Owner since 20/05/2019, I can now confidently evaluate the mobile phone. Okay, in terms of functionality, I believe there is nothing that can compete with iOS, incredibly fast without any lag. Previously, I owned an iPhone 5s and a Huawei for two years, but now I have returned to iOS and I don't think I will go back to Android. So, after 1.5+ years in my possession, the mobile phone is flawless with 91% battery health, fantastic screen, very good speaker, sturdy construction. My only complaint is the camera, mainly for photos, because it is amazing for videos.
