Good as a product, however when I wore it from morning to evening, my stomach hurt. I wear it during breastfeeding, it helps a lot to not slouch and in household chores. I use it more for waist support rather than tightening.

It is a fairly warm fabric for summer, but it helps with sweating. It is made of quality material, but the width is not suitable for me as I am 1.65m tall. You can't sit comfortably when wearing it.
