It dissolves easily with a mixer, not so well with a shaker, and requires a lot of stirring with cold water or milk when using a spoon. The "tasteless" or natural flavor, as you may call it, contains 82 or 85% protein per 100 grams. It is very good considering that a well-known English company charges a fortune for 1 kilogram.
