Maybe it's high quality, but it's not edible in terms of taste. I won't buy it again.
Note one week later:
I left it in water all night, and the bitterness it had disappeared.
Maybe it's some preservative that was giving it that bad taste.
Usually I would get firm tofu but these days I tried this specific silken one and it's fantastic!! Obviously for soups easy and healthy protein!
