A slight delay in changing channels. Otherwise, I can't find anything negative. A wonderful television. I recommend it.
I will only address the issue of installation, to help as much as I can in this regard, as the rest has been covered in other reviews.
The TV, as stated in the specifications, has sockets according to the Vesa 100x100 standard (i.e. at a distance of 10 centimeters from each other).
In the TV package, there is a printed booklet that I attach, which mentions the screws needed (NOT included in the package).
You need 4 M4 screws with a length of 26-28mm (net hole depth), to which you must add the thickness of the base (about 1.5-2mm).
TIP: For bases of this thickness, prefer a total length of 30mm for the screw and place a washer on each one (ask for them along with the screws) to avoid loosening over time...
I have been cursing Samsung for 2 days now, as I discovered after research that the screws for the vesa standard DO NOT fit in LENGTH, because they decided to use their own standard, and also the screws are NOT included in the package. How would the buyer know this? I bought two different universal wall mounts without success. 70 euros for nothing. Moreover, in the store they assured me that they fit! but unfortunately not... I had to waste time, inform myself and buy a combination of screws the next day for installation. In various forums abroad, I discovered that many were scratching their heads after purchase for the same problem.
2. Otherwise, the TV has good image quality for the bedroom and the main reason I bought it was for its connectivity capabilities with other Samsung ecosystem devices.
Good picture and quality. The menu could be better, but it's not worse than other more expensive models. The sound is dismal - expected in a 3" flat screen TV, but could be better. What kills it for me is the remote control. It's hard to imagine it being worse. From the size, to the placement of the buttons (it's unfortunate that the buttons you use most frequently are at the bottom of a small device) and their layout, if you're not staring at the remote, you'll accidentally end up on some service (like Rakuten) and have to wait while risking losing your place. In the end, I bought a programmable remote to replace it.
Because I have recently acquired many TVs for the rentals, the house, the in-laws, etc., I sit and compare. This particular one has top picture quality for a 32-inch, average sound, poor build quality, and a slow processor. Compared to the 32-inch full HD LG, it has worse wifi signal, no Bluetooth, plays fewer movies from USB, has worse viewing angles, worse appearance (and quality), but overall has better picture with higher contrast and more natural colors. Anyone who prioritizes picture quality (when watching TV directly in front of it) should choose it, as it is probably the best. The 5372 has more features but slightly worse picture. Anyone who takes into account everything else should look elsewhere.
The TV was purchased for 300 euros in February during a period that did not have the best deals. Initially, we wanted to go for a 43-inch 4k Samsung, but due to space constraints, we had to settle for this one. However, the 43-inch was only 60 euros more expensive than this one, and that's because they have higher demand and supply, while 32-inch TVs are not bought by many people anymore, so it's logical for the price to be higher compared to a larger 4k TV. For those who don't know, 4k is four times the quality (quantity of pixels) of an FHD (1080p) TV like this one. Also, most 32-inch TVs offered in the market are HD (720p) which is particularly outdated.
Now, onto the TV itself.
Pros:
The picture is very good, with nice colors, resolution, and contrast, especially on the PS4 with the HDR it has.
The sound is satisfactory.
It has a media player, meaning you can plug in a USB and watch movies, videos, or photos, something that is missing even from many expensive TVs.
The remote is quite convenient, with a shortcut for Netflix.
The menu is quite good and simple.
Cons:
While the front part of the TV is quite high-quality, the back is very fake, but I don't know how important that is where it is.
The energy class is G, which I recently found out, and I don't even know if there is a lower category.
Also, it doesn't have a button on it to turn it off completely. The light is always on, and it's supposed to consume minimal power, otherwise, you have to unplug it all the time, which may be why it has low energy consumption. Additionally, it has a considerable delay in changing channels.
Overall, quite satisfied with the TV.
Very good picture with vivid colors. After some research, I found out that it is one of the few Full HD 32-inch TVs that offer such image quality at such a price. Most are in HD with minimal price reduction. Good menu.
Cons: Average sound and build quality. I would prefer the plastic on the back to be more sturdy. There is a slight delay in channel switching.
Amazing picture with velvety colors and nice black, decent sound, very slow menu with significant delay in channel changes, absence of zoom button, overall ideal for bedroom selection and best value for money always with the quality of Samsung. An important tip for those who want to hang it on the wall is that the vesa distances are 100x100 compared to LG's 200x200 and therefore it hangs on smaller bases.
The image is very good, the problem is that it doesn't read the USB in DivX format, it needs to be converted to AVI or something else that it can read. The good thing is that it reads NTFS files.
The good: Nice colors, clean Full HD 1080p image (great for use as a PC monitor as well), HDR support, built-in Netflix.
The bad: Slow menu response, mediocre sound.
For its price, it's a great choice as a TV for the bedroom or for dual use as a TV/monitor.
