The Begonia or Begonia semperflorens is a perennial, herbaceous plant that, due to its limited resistance to low temperatures, is cultivated as an annual. Its height reaches 20-30cm, it has tender and glossy leaves of three varieties (green, dark green, dark red), while its flowers are very small in red, pink, white, or bicolor white-pink. As a nursery plant, it is planted in February and blooms throughout the spring and autumn. It prefers fertile soils and sunny or semi-shaded positions.
