Instructions for Use: For a traditional cake: 1 bag of Farina Yiotis - 1 ½ cups of butter (250 grams) or margarine - 2 ½ cups of sugar (440 grams) - 4-5 eggs - 1 ¼ cups of milk (260 ml) - vanilla or orange zest. Beat the butter, gradually add the sugar and the eggs one by one. Continue beating for 3 minutes. Add the Farina alternately with the milk and the aroma, mixing lightly. Place the cake mixture in 2 greased and floured 23x13 cm tins or 2 round No 22 tins. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 1 hour. Let the cakes cool in the tins for 10 minutes. Then place them on a platter and sprinkle with icing sugar.
