I didn't like it, of course for someone who is on low carb and can make quite a few compromises, they will find it convenient and good! On the other hand, guys, zucchini noodles are far better with a little more carbohydrates per 100g! 2 medium zucchinis (more or less) have 11.5g of carbohydrates and 4.5g of dietary fiber!
You need to boil them with a little bit of turmeric to get rid of the smell and then boil them together with the sauce. This way you really can't tell that it's not regular pasta, it's very delicious especially for those who are on a diet, it's a oasis.
Whatever you put on top doesn't stick, they don't absorb, it's like plastic, but to deceive yourself a little that you're eating pasta, it's okay!
For anyone doing keto, it's worth trying them!
It loses one star because it says "macaroni"... It's not macaroni, it's a substitute.. it smells a little bad, you wash them well, boil them a little and add your choice of sauce and they become perfect!! 200g, 14 calories, worth it!!
The worst product there is! From the packaging? Small, with many details that tire you just by looking at them! Taste-wise? Unacceptable! Full of preservatives! I do not recommend it.
It is full of preservatives. And it can cause poisoning (I had nausea and vomiting all night after consuming their "organic" products).
If you think you will fix them, and they will be like eating regular pasta, don't even bother! HOWEVER, for those who have been on a ketogenic or low carb diet for a while or on intermittent keto, and are tired of the same old thing, it will help them a lot. It is an ally. Of course, we rinse them with water and vinegar and make a sauce where we will cook them in. I have also bought rice from the same range and made stuffed dishes which turned out great. We always keep in mind that we compromise on taste but clearly gain in our diet. Attention: they are NOT bad, they absorb the flavor of the sauce and take on its taste. So we change the taste from the same old grilled and boiled dishes and continue our diet more comfortably and enjoyable.
I eat it mixed with sautéed vegetables, meat, and some sauce. You have the illusion that you are eating something like noodles. It serves its purpose. Obviously, it doesn't have the taste or texture of pasta. But it's not bad. I will continue to buy it whenever I cut carbs.
Well. The things are very simple. It is a plant-based product with 9 calories. 9 calories is nothing in food. The bad reviews are about the taste, but okay, if someone wants taste, there is also Barilla, but you will consume 500 calories just for the pasta.
It smells bad, but when it is well washed and topped with a nice sauce or minced meat, it tastes great. And instead of not eating pasta because of a diet, I prefer to go for this! I give it 4 stars because maybe I wanted them to make them longer and not so small. That's it!
During a diet period, it is great in terms of calories it has. Yes, it smells a little bad, but I boil it for 5 minutes and strain it. It's better to have a sauce or minced meat to combine it with!
The worst thing I have ever eaten in my life, I really bought it for a diet but it is inedible! It's like eating silicone worms 0/5
Ideal for keto. Very filling with any topping you can imagine. I have it with bolognese, with vegetable ragout, with sauteed mushrooms. It has a unique texture, slightly chewy, but it satisfies me perfectly (even though I'm a total pasta lover). Great for low-calorie days, intermittent fasting, keto, and diabetics. You put one or two packages, rinse lightly with water in a colander (it smells strange when you open it), fill it with whatever you can imagine, and you feel satisfied until bursting, while avoiding carbohydrates and calories (2 packages 18 calories versus 2 servings of regular pasta... 500!). Well, I overlook any negatives. I have 5-5 in my pantry.
I have been using it for a while. It's not something to get excited about with such a product (macaroni substitute), but it does its job
