    All sugar alcohols are somewhat bothersome. Xylitol (as well as stevia) irritates the colon, erythritol irritates the small intestine, that's why I prefer erythritol.

    Very good alternative to sugar if you are looking for something different than stevia. Personally, I tried it because I saw that 100% natural stevia is rare and also very expensive. (Most of them are conventional. If they are not expensive, it means they are not natural either!)
