Excellent! It was purchased together with the orange and blue ones. Very good quality rubber, it doesn't smell at all, and after a lot of stretching, it doesn't show any signs of wear. There is no chance that this thing will break.
I use the *yellow* one for shoulder exercises, rotator cuffs, etc... mostly for smaller muscle groups, the *orange* one for chest and back, and the *blue* one for larger muscles like quadriceps, for example. Subjective examples, of course, as it depends on each person's strength, but the yellow is a good starting point for everyone.
One can do a decent and complete workout, only with resistance bands, at home, instead of paying gym subscriptions. Must buy!

If you want to remove 30-40 kg from your body weight 1) to achieve your first pull-ups/chin-ups, and 2) for abdominal exercises on the bar, and at the same time you want 27-45kg resistance for all other back, upper leg, and rectus abdominis exercises, then it is the perfect band for you. (e.g., rowing, lat and ab pull downs, squats, deadlifts). As you get stronger, it will also work for triceps and generally smaller muscle groups!C. If you are already lifting over 40 kg in these muscle groups.
Get the next strongest band (4.5mm thickness) for these, while this specific one may suit you for strengthening smaller muscles, e.g., arms. However, it does not work for shoulder isolation.D) Especially for pull-ups on the bar:
It is for anyone looking for the immediate previous step before lifting their entire weight: it won’t make it easy for you, but it will make it strong. If you have a longer way to go for this step, get a tougher band. Otherwise, from where you were doing 0-1 repetitions with body weight, you will go to 4-6-8 with the band and it will increase. To failure, get off the bar and continue with other back exercises with the same band, e.g., lat pull downs, as a super set.
