The worst thing I have bought from this site. I have had it for less than two years and I have already sent it for repair twice. And of course, the site doesn't give the money back because they say since it has been repaired, it can't be done. The quality is terrible! Don't waste your money.

For the money, I consider it good. The only negative is that the plastic on the back of the chair can become a bit annoying on the back.

The seat has a downward tilt which, however, does not help people with coccyx problems like me... I have to use a cushion, otherwise... I'm not comfortable. I have to get up every now and then to recover...

We have had it for a year now. Used by a teenager at the office and at home. I would have liked it to have more material on the seat, but I don't consider it uncomfortable. It is quite wide in width.
I consider the correct assembly very important. For days after the first installation, I gradually tightened the screws that secure the arms to the seat and back because these are what hold it together. I did it so that they would tighten until they couldn't tighten anymore. I believe this helped it withstand.
