I felt comfortable and even took naps on it to the point where I fell asleep... maybe I would have liked the pillow to be bigger, but it creaks a little :/ that's it !!
I would give it 4/5 stars and that is because its metal base does not have the appropriate tilt, resulting in it constantly hitting the base when it moves.
