  I deducted one star mainly for this reason. I wear 45-45.5 in Nike, Adidas. I got size 46 in these shoes and they were quite tight, not so much in the toe area but on the sides. I should have gotten at least size 46.5. I wore them constantly to break them in, played basketball, worked, went for walks, and they stretched a bit to the point where they don't hurt me, but they are still tight. Other than that, they are worth their money.
