The machine is good, it didn't disappoint me. The only thing that got blackened is the knife. For home, it is an ideal device. If you respect it, meaning if you take breaks during continuous use, then it is a decent device.

As a machine, it has nothing to do with Germany (the name and flag on the box are misleading), they claim it is European-made but it is actually a Chinese-made product of relatively good quality.
I minced about 5-6 kilograms of chicken in about 15 minutes, it got slightly warm but nothing significant.
The stainless steel sieve in front of the blade that the minced meat comes out of turned black after the first use, so we are not talking about high-quality stainless steel, and the edge of the rotating mill that fits inside the device also turned somewhat black.
The attachment of the plastic parts to the metal removable parts could be better, but for what you pay, you have to compromise.
Overall, for home use and cuts of around 5-10 kilograms, it is a good choice, but if you need more, you will have to upgrade to a higher category.
