To begin with, I have to say that it is a very nice phone. It has powerful and clear sound, both in the earpiece and especially in speakerphone mode. Good range, as it claims, about 10 meters. The menu is very easy, it reminds me of an old mobile phone with buttons. It has many sound programs for call notifications, sound finding if you lose it inside the house, and many other good features. However, it does not have a backlit screen. It didn't bother me at all. If it had one, of course, it wouldn't bother me either. But... for this price, I turn a blind eye and have a very good phone.
P.S. My little one has been playing with it and banging it around. It hasn't suffered any damage, and with the easy lock it has, I don't worry about it waking anyone up in the afternoon.
