With excessively light use in just a few months, I have the left button malfunctioning (sometimes yes, sometimes no). Not ergonomic at all, as it is very flimsy and does not have buttons on the front or back. Xiaomi has accustomed us to better products.
Beautiful mouse but that's about it. The scroll doesn't have any sensation and after 2 months, it doesn't work properly at all. The Bluetooth connection has lag, so I only use it with the dongle.
Guys....after six months of use, it suddenly stopped working.
At first, a red light turned on at the bottom, I thought it needed batteries, I changed the batteries but nothing.
It just stopped working. Just like that.
With about two hours of use per day.
The worst thing I have ever handled in a mouse!!!! And I won't comment on the fact that the back cover has broken and no longer clicks....in less than a year!!!
Lightweight construction and nice design. Quiet keys. The biggest drawback is the scroll wheel, which is quite small and difficult to use. On some surfaces, it doesn't respond without a mousepad.
For the money, it is very good. It has Bluetooth and a USB adapter, which means you can connect it with BT to one device and with USB WIFI to another. It has a button underneath to select BT or USB, as well as an on/off button.
It is made of aluminum and not cheap plastic, and it looks durable. Its sensor is laser!
Now, the shape of it, although very beautiful, will tire you out in big male hands, as it does not have the height and curve that other mice have... it is very flat.
A mouse for everything! Dual connectivity (wifi & bluetooth). I used the bluetooth connection and it is flawless and I got rid of the small adapter in the usb port. At first, I had difficulty with the connection because the instructions were in Chinese, but I downloaded the manual in English and everything is okay. The clicks have a sweet sound and the scroll wheel is comfortable. Some people may be put off by its flat style, but it doesn't bother the hand, I tried it and it is very easy to carry. Very reliable in its use. When connecting via bluetooth, it shows the battery level too when you open the settings!
It is an affordable solution with design, good weight, loses connection with Bluetooth but even the fact that it is offered at such a price is very positive, I have no problem with USB. As for convenience, it differs in shape quite a bit, but it is clearly a matter of habit in my opinion. It is also a nice idea for a gift due to the packaging and style. Many people talk about the wheel, but it seems good to me, especially considering the price. Now, whether it is bad or not will show over time, I will come back to comment for updates.
The mouse is below average. Personally, I find it very beautiful and minimal. It has a quality and sturdy construction, except for the scroll wheel, which is small, inconvenient, and quickly develops scrolling issues. A quick search on Google will show you that this is a known issue with this particular mouse. It can be temporarily fixed by opening it up and cleaning it, but it is generally very sensitive and quickly develops the problem again. I solved it by placing a very small piece of Teflon at the problematic spot.
The manufacturer does not guarantee that it works with Macbook, but it works just fine.
When connected via Bluetooth, it loses connection after half a minute to a minute of inactivity and requires a more intense shake for a few seconds to reconnect. It's not terrible, but definitely quite annoying. I imagine this is done to save battery (it consumes quite a bit through Bluetooth, more than I expected), which is not the case when using it with a dongle, where it lasts much longer.
Overall, it's okay, but you're paying more for appearance than substance. The positives are that you can use it with 2 computers (one with Bluetooth, one with a dongle) without constantly connecting and disconnecting, which is why I bought it. However, I wouldn't buy it again mainly because of the scroll wheel, which is inconvenient and quickly becomes problematic, essentially rendering the mouse useless.
-The scroll wheel is somewhat small and the middle button is overly sensitive and gets pressed easily while scrolling.
I haven't used it with wifi so I can't comment on the connection, but with Bluetooth, there are no issues.
You'll need rechargeable batteries for cost-saving because it seems to consume quite a bit.
*update
Turns out it has issues with Bluetooth connection, but not with USB, although you lose a port that way.
The scroll wheel is unacceptable, I wouldn't buy it again just because of that.
Very good mouse. The connection with Bluetooth is very convenient so you don't waste a USB port. I highly recommend it.
EDIT: I have been using it for 4 years now and it works exceptionally! I start using it daily at 8 in the morning and stop at 6 in the afternoon. I haven't encountered any problems at all. I opened it for the first time a week ago to clean it internally. It is a simple mouse with basic functions but it is reliable and durable
It is a stylish and convenient mouse.
Pros:
+ Nice design
+ Small size, it is thin enough to be easily portable.
+ Connection either via bluetooth or usb.
Cons:
- Sometimes loses connection a bit when connected via usb, but overall it is consistent.
- When I have a bluetooth connection, the response seems a bit slower.
Conclusion:
It is a nice mouse, both aesthetically and functionally. Because it does not have a large curve and is more 'flat', it takes a little time to get used to it. It is also quite small, so it may be less user-friendly for people with larger palms.
UPDATE 09/15/2019: The battery lasts for about 1 month with full usage for me.
Quality and beautiful.
However, I would not recommend it for a computer mouse with frequent use.
Personally, I only have it for Android boxes that require minimal use.
The positive thing is that I have it connected to one device with the USB adapter and to the other with Bluetooth.
It is a very good mouse that I have with the Xiaomi air 12 to be a set. The most important thing is that it works either with a USB adapter or with Bluetooth
It is generally a stylish and convenient mouse. The only objection I have is about the quality of the scroll wheel (not that it doesn't work well - I just would have preferred it to be metallic, larger, for example, and with some grid). The keys have a good feel and do not produce an unpleasant sound when pressed.
It is aesthetically pleasing and minimalist. It works both as a Bluetooth and with a USB dongle, although sometimes the connection is lost and you have to plug and unplug the dongle.
I have tried more ergonomic mice for less money, but if you want something simple and minimalist that matches the design of Apple products, it is suitable
It has 2 connection methods: 1) with its own band stick and 2) with Bluetooth.
I bought it to accompany the Xiaomi Air. Visually, it matches the laptop very well and connects easily with Bluetooth. I haven't tried it with the stick. Overall, it has good build quality. Its packaging strongly resembles Apple products and includes the first batteries. It has a lower price abroad and I didn't regret the amount I paid.
The only (not insignificant) problem I have is that sometimes, for no apparent reason, it loses connection and you have to wait a few seconds for it to reconnect. I haven't figured out if it's a problem with the device, the connection, or both. I haven't tried it on other machines, to be honest. In combination with the fact that it consumes batteries relatively quickly, it may end up having relatively problematic use with slow movement and freezing. There were times when I closed it and used the laptop's trackpad for faster navigation.
