Fake construction. The display only works in default settings. Therefore, during navigation, you have to guess the title of each option, as the screen displays only what fits. For the same reason, you cannot understand the order of messages. Obviously, this only makes it difficult for the elderly instead of facilitating them. As for the quality of photos and videos, I don't need to mention that they are terrible, but that's not what this phone and its price are meant for. Needless to say, I wouldn't buy it again.

  Mobile phone for three months only. I bought it because of the large buttons for the elderly, but after three months it turned off and never turned back on. I tried plugging it in to see if it was a battery issue, but nothing happened. Another downside is its charger, which is completely different from what you've seen so far. I have over 10 different chargers from older phones and none of them fit. Zero value for money.

  The aforementioned mobile was purchased in June 2021...
  I bought it for my mother because of the large buttons it has so she can use it more comfortably since she doesn't see very well... The only type of use my mother has submitted the phone to for over a year now (it's August 2022) is making and receiving calls... No messages, nothing else... It can't get any more basic... The phone worked normally for the first few months... However, for some time now, it has been having problems that are not justified for the period of time that has passed since its purchase, in combination with the very simplistic use it receives... Without anything being changed in the ringtone volume settings, the sound has dropped to such a low level that if you're not right next to the phone, there's no chance of hearing the call (I went into the settings and the sound is at maximum volume)... Nevertheless, for some inexplicable reason, the sound has become crackly... The battery was never its strong point from the beginning... Even with such simplistic use, it would barely last two to three days at best... However, for some time now, the following has also been happening, which is also not justified... The battery dies in less than a day... While the phone often turns off on its own even though it has battery... Something that has become very annoying and frustrating... In conclusion, I will say that this particular phone is not worth even the 27€ I paid for it... Unthinkable for a device intended for absolutely basic use by elderly people to have so many issues in just one year of ownership... I do not recommend it under any circumstances... It's better to spend 20-30€ more and get a more reliable brand like Nokia or Panasonic...

  31/08/22: Today I bought another phone with buttons for my mother... and when I opened the powertech sentry to remove the sim card to put it in the new one, to my great surprise, I saw that the battery had swollen... After this, I really don't recommend its purchase to anyone... There could have been an explosion or anything... Poor quality materials...
