The pot, from the company Cecotec, features a 5.5 Lt capacity ceramic inner container and a foldable glass lid with a silicone sealing rim.
It is ideal for vegetable soups, meat, poultry, vegetables, legumes, fish, with intense and excellent textures. Additionally, it has an easy-to-use LCD screen, a 20-hour timer for recipes that require more hours with automatic shut-off and a 24-hour programming capability, so you can have your food ready at the desired time.
The pot includes 2 temperature levels (low and high), for greater adaptability. The low temperature is ideal for boiling vegetables and the high temperature for baking and cooking in half the time. It also has a warm function, to keep your dishes at the ideal temperature. The inner container is removable, so you can place it on the table and serve directly from it, and it is also suitable for the oven, to bake whole pieces of meat. Additionally, both the glass lid and the inner container are dishwasher safe.

In terms of cooking meat and convenience, it has made my life easier since I don't like cooking. I was able to produce excellent beef every time and had the option to store the meat and broth in the freezer, which were amazing again when defrosted.
It is unacceptable that the clay pot broke in 9 months, the warranty does not cover it, and there are no spare parts available. I am waiting for them to give me a credit or replacement, and I will update when I have news.

The MANOLOPOULOS SERVICE (representative) asked me to send the product, and they would replace it with the same or the closest device in features. Wasted 70 euros. What can I say... I read the reviews and bought it. I tried lentils with chicken and potatoes... I cooked them for 7 hours on high and the food didn't cook at all. I threw away both the legumes and the chicken went in the oven the next day to cook. Not to mention how a working person can put food in at 6 in the afternoon, for example, and have to wait until the morning for it to be ready. It will either go to storage or I will give it away.
It cooks food very nicely. It makes them delicious!! The fact that it can be programmed to start cooking whenever you want is very helpful.
Something more than three months now has solved my hands with the strange hours I have. I program it early in the morning before I leave for work and there is ready hot food at noon.
Only once did I let it work without anyone at home, but I prefer supervision. Mainly in terms of the result of the food and not if something happens. After all, with 260 watts that it burns, it will hardly create a problem.
As for meat and legumes, it is excellent. I have baked fish and plaice in oilcloth, even lasagna in pastitsio style. Even something between bread and cake with cheeses and cold cuts.

I received it today and made lamb. It came out delicious! It took 10 minutes on the grill to dry out because the skin was soft and white, but it cooked wonderfully, without the hassle of the oven. The device is high-quality and beautiful. Very easy to use. The interior ceramic pot cleans easily, but I believe it is not suitable for the elderly as it is very heavy.
I took it with me on vacation mainly to experiment. It cleans very easily because the food doesn't stick, it washes very easily. I have made cakes, legumes, bread, oven-baked potatoes, pork chops with potatoes, and many other dishes, everything was perfect!!! The best part is that when the cooking time is over, it automatically switches to warm mode and keeps the food warm!!!! It was a dream after the beach. The bread I made was perfect and the legumes as well. The chops were incredible and super tender!!! One of my best purchases!!
