This specific fan heater lives up to its promises, but only in reasonable conditions (small and enclosed space, e.g. small kitchen).
Because the product gets very hot on the outside when in use, caution is needed when unplugging it from the socket, as well as protecting small children.
The packaging manual is only written in English. An electronic manual can be found on the website https://manuals.plus/vtech/vtech-handy-heater-manual.
As a machine of 9 euros and 400w, it's okay, but the small remote control that comes with it is decorative. It doesn't work even after replacing the battery (it has its own inside). The thermostat, of course, doesn't work either, whether you set it to 15 or 32 degrees, it doesn't matter, it never stops. At least it works (for how much longer?)...
I made the purchase to cover a very very small space (under the desk to warm my feet). Unfortunately, it couldn't cover even that small space. The little control stopped working on the 2nd day. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations at all. I had to request a refund. The only positive is that it's super cheap, but still not worth even those 7-8 euros.
The machine works perfectly and even beyond.
I have had it for a month and I haven't noticed any difference in the electricity bill. The timer works just fine and so does the remote control.
It does a very good job for small spaces.
It is quite good. I have it in a bathroom measuring 2m X 1.80m and it heats up quite well. Occasionally, it makes a bit of noise but if I move it a little, it stops. Its disadvantage is that it does not have a memory to retain the temperature and speed settings, so it requires adjustment every time.
Small 400w electric heater.
It emits enough heat, proportional to its 400w power. It warms up small rooms and "cuts" the cold in larger ones, depending of course on the insulation and losses of the room. It seems to be of good quality construction. I hope it will withstand the test of time.
This product is meant to slightly warm your hands. It has nothing to do with what they advertise. We threw it away after the first use because you pay for electricity without any benefit. The tool is a tragedy.
We put it in the bedroom, which is 20 square meters, we had it on for 6 hours and it didn't warm up at all. We threw it away after a week.
For 5 square meters it does the job, maybe a little more and generally for small spaces. Or specific areas like feet. Seriously though, with 400 watts, what do you expect, to heat a 15-20 square meter room?
I got it for a 5 square meter space and it's perfect. I didn't want to waste electricity with a heater or oil.
Something else about the friend Natasha. 2 hair dryers, well, they are similar in performance - power - wattage, whatever, like the product we're talking about
For the office, it's great even though it makes a little noise, but for the feet I found it perfect!!!
Warm and a nice cup of coffee, my tough guys, have a good month!!!!
For its price, it does a decent job.
For a 12 sq.m. room, it can heat it up to 19 degrees from 15 degrees in about 2 hours. With the door closed.
Where it (the heater) is located, the thermometer reads 22 degrees in half an hour from a distance of 1.5 meters. With the door open and closed.
For a small office and if you place it next to you, it is good.
In a 10sqm room, it couldn't heat even 2sqm, it's not worth a single star. Thankfully I didn't spend more money. 9 euros including shipping
It does what it promises. Personally, I used it in a very small space, 5 square meters, and it heated up immediately. Great value for money and more.
Here is the correct evaluation. This little thing is small but let's not forget it consumes 400w per hour, you know. I used it, for example, 10 hours a day and it consumed around 50 minutes of electricity. But for my room, it's okay. It heats up about 20 square meters. The trick is to let it run and not turn it off, so that the temperature can be maintained. So if you want it, go ahead, but use it correctly. It's neither an air conditioner nor a supreme air heater. It's just a small little heater, suitable for a small space.
The thermostat does not work from the beginning, resulting in the entire device overheating. If I wasn't there to monitor it, it could have caught fire and burned down the whole house.
1 star and that's being generous, I bought two to keep my feet warm at the office, the first one broke the same day, the other one lasted a week!! 9 euros may not be much, but as it turned out, it was a waste of money! You can definitely find something better, just skip it!
Okay, it's not meant to heat up the entire room but for me, who placed it in a socket next to my desk, it warms me up just fine. Warm and quiet.

For its price and the warmth it provides under the feet, it is the best. Small and portable.
