I bought this watch for my son so he can call us either on a trip or in case of emergency. You use a sim card with the pin disabled, download the app, and then the parent sets up the watch as desired. No one else can call it except those you have installed. It can call you through the contact list or the SOS button. Insert a sim card, set it up, and remove it if you only want it to display the time. The speaker may be a negative point, but let's not go crazy, for its value it is fine.
