There is no issue with covering some microphones, which some people mention, on the back near the camera, compared to the previous generation iPad... Don't even think about buying the simple apple cover just because they are both from the same company! It's not worth the money, I think... This one is far superior and worth every penny as it looks much more high-quality. It's not bulky at all and doesn't add much extra weight. Most importantly, it protects the back of the device in a very nice way! Honestly, it's a waste of money for the apple one. Truth be told. If you just want it to flex, then it's fine...
