Great capacity with a frying pan opening of 30 cm and a bottom base of 21 cm. Good pan, heavy with good quality. Generally, cast iron cookware requires additional care but they are durable and will never let you down. This specific one has a stainless steel long handle that gets hot but does not burn on the stove, although it does in the oven. There, the reinforced silicone handle needs a towel. Ideal for sautéing, after use you leave it aside to cool, wipe it with kitchen paper, coat it with a little oil, wipe it again and it's ready for future use.
After 1 year of use and careful cleaning, I noticed that the non-stick membrane started to swell. Within a few days, entire pieces peeled off, rust formed, and we could no longer cook for fear of ingesting the membrane residue. Now it either needs a good scraping to remove the entire membrane or it needs to be thrown away.
Made in China
We'll see how long it lasts!!
Thank you very much!
Amazing. Cheap, durable, completely non-stick. I loved it. Definitely get a lid to become a chef
The pan states that it is non-stick but unfortunately it is coated and of poor quality, it scratches easily and the coating comes off in the food
Within a year of use, the coating broke, even though the description states that it is WITHOUT coating. Money wasted.
Very good frying pan. Keep in mind that compared to a conventional frying pan, this one is significantly heavier. Although it is made of cast iron, it has a non-stick coating that requires attention because if it gets damaged, there is no return. It comes with detailed instructions on how to use it.
I work in a restaurant and we have bought the whole range of pans, I work with them all day every day for months and they haven't had any issues. What I see in the photos here that they are damaged and peeling is due to improper use. The pan does not require high temperatures from the middle down and always needs to have material inside that does not include wine, lemon, vinegar, and tomato at least for the first 10 uses. Wash with hot water and soap, dry with kitchen paper, then let it air dry well. Apply a layer of vegetable oil on the inside, wipe it well, and it is ready for the next use
Great disappointment. In less than a year of use and with relatively careful use, it started peeling off. Is it really cast iron or did I do something wrong in its use?
Unfortunately, it leaves a strange smell in the food and a bitter taste in the mouth, something that has never happened to me before. It's a waste
Very heavy. The coating was ruined from the first few times even though I followed the cleaning instructions. The cast iron pan was a waste of money.
I haven't understood the following yet: Does it have a non-stick coating like other pans or is it made of cast iron?
Oh, the question has been resolved, it has a membrane.
I ended up making a mistake.
So what cooking properties does it have with cast iron?
How does it enhance the taste of the food?
You say it's nonsense for its value.
Very good pan, it cooks very quickly and makes the food tasty. No pre-processing for first use. Just wash with water and soap, a little oil, and ready to use. It didn't stick at all. Energy-saving because it heats up very quickly and cooks very fast. Worth it
Unique, exceptional, magical!!! I have had it for over six months. I cook everything from crepes to steaks. Nothing sticks as long as basic cooking principles are followed. An egg will stick to a hot pan. As for durability, it is like new. It never goes in the dishwasher and is never used with a metal utensil for stirring or cleaning. I also always let it cool down on its own and do not pour water on it when it's hot. Get it with your eyes closed!!
The first time I put it on my new Bosch induction stove, it did what you see in the photos, I left it for 3-4 minutes, it didn't come off with cream. Attention... I don't know why the company didn't give any answer..
Incredible.. it doesn't stick at all! It cooks fantastically on low heat. Makes a very nice omelette. Cleans easily. I recommend it.
Excellent in first use on an induction stove.
Very fast heating, cleans very easily.
It really is one of the best frying pans I've had. It's worth its money.
Perfect, except for the fact that it has a rough surface and it is a bit problematic to clean. Now only pans made of cast iron!
Sturdy construction, I like it for cooking, it got a scratch in the third month and since then I am more careful in how I handle it, but overall I would buy it again. I believe it is value for money and cannot be compared to a similar Teflon one
The frying pan is amazing.
It is non-stick, quite lightweight, and can reach high temperatures.
It has all the benefits of a non-stick pan but also of a cast iron one.
I was hesitant to buy a cast iron pan because it doesn't have a non-stick coating like Teflon ones.
I cook in it without oil and nothing ever sticks.
It heats up quickly, it's relatively easy to clean but it requires care.
I bought it to sear beef, which requires high temperatures, and believe me, I haven't had tastier homemade seared beef anywhere else. It's perfect for this purpose.
It's durable and sturdy, and I will definitely buy the larger version at some point.
I give it 4 stars due to the short period of time I have had it (2 months). Along the way, I may change it to 5.
Excellent frying pan, I would definitely recommend it, the weight is perfect for cast iron as its surface is thin, definitely doesn't have the weight of an aluminum one.
Heats up very quickly, food doesn't stick, and it's easy to clean. Smelled burnt only the first time, then not at all.
Awesome, for its price at least, frying pan!
Heavy construction, definitely non-stick, heats up very quickly and retains temperature for a long time.
I start it at 9 and once it heats up (careful! not to burn, it's not necessary!) I lower it a bit depending on the food to 2-4 and it cooks perfectly!
Cleans very easily, even with just a paper towel depending on the food, doesn't scratch, at least with a spoon, and the bottom remains flat.
Of course, it is relatively heavy, it's made of cast iron and that is not a disadvantage, cast iron is heavy.
I got them for professional use, perfect even in heavy use and in oven temperatures at 350 degrees, no issue whatsoever, the best value for money in cast iron available.
Although the sagre is good, on the other hand, salt and other things penetrate it. It is good and made of cast iron. I have 2, but next time I will also get one without sagre
It is super non-stick. Sturdy and heavy. The only drawback is that it is not very deep.
I think it is better to avoid the dishwasher because I believe it "damages" the non-slip properties of the pan. It is very easy to clean with hand washing.
I have had it for a long time now and it has not had any issues.

Good but requires special treatment with the seasoning. The interior scratches very easily.
