I wanted it with a large diameter heating surface, so that the food would cook evenly and not just in the center. Indeed, its heating surface has a diameter of 22.3cm, whereas most others are only 18cm. Its construction is sturdy, showing German high quality. It has a Schott Ceran glass coating on top, which is the best so that it doesn't scratch.

However, its good qualities end here. It boils water at 60C instead of 100C, which is necessary to properly cook food. When I tried to use its timer, I found that one minute sometimes lasts 1.5 and sometimes 2 minutes. If you try to cook something for a few minutes, it will take much longer and when it's done, it will be burnt. It is very expensive, costing as much as a full kitchen, but despite its good construction, it is a joke for cooking. Stay away.

Certainly, I would not buy it again.
