Instructions for Use

  • When using tampons, it is important to choose the lowest absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. 
  • Since the amount of flow varies from day to day, it is likely that you will need to use different absorbencies on different days of your period. 
  • The correct choice regarding absorbency is gained through experience, but as a guide, if a tampon exhausts its absorbency within 4 hours and needs to be replaced, then you need a tampon with higher absorbency.
  • It is recommended to change the tampon every 4-8 hours.
  • Read the instructions for use carefully.

    The old packaging was much better. There was no chance of not putting it correctly the first time. Now with the new one, you may waste 3-4 pieces in order to use 1. The smaller plunger is not convenient at all.
