    The water bottle is disproportionate to its appearance. The main thing is that it will not help you in any way to warm up, because no one takes a water bottle for that use. You can't even drink water at home when you are in a normal phase because the human nose touches the mouthpiece and half of the water spills out unless you are super careful and drink sip by sip and tilting your head back. It does not keep the water cool, it loses its temperature on the spot, it starts sweating within seconds and by the time you reach the gym it has lost more than 70% of its cooling and makes your bag full of water. After a treadmill or intense cardio, forget to drink, the mouthpiece does not stabilize on your lips because it is huge, again everything goes out. I really regret the 15€ I spent with shipping, it is not worth the money and it does not help you at the gym, on the contrary, it wastes your time.
