By far the best preworkout I have ever taken. I struggled to drink the others because of their taste and texture. The taste of this one is exactly like green apple candy and it dissolves very well in water. I highly recommend it and will buy it again.

Generally, it is one of the few pre-workouts on the market that does not skimp on the ingredients so you can actually feel a difference. It is a very good value for money pre-workout for those who are looking for something that contains all the essentials. The sour apple flavor is quite good when mixed with water, it tastes like real apple juice. The only "negative" is that it is very high in caffeine (200mg per scoop) and if you don't usually drink a lot of coffee or energy drinks, it might feel too intense for you. Despite that, this is the only one I will be buying from now on.

Very good, if you're the type of person who is not affected by caffeine and pre-workouts easily. Not ideal if you haven't tried a pre-workout before (quite strong). You can have a two-hour workout with heavy weights, endurance, and nice supersets!
