With all honesty, I bought this electric blanket because I had no other choice. By that I mean that either the model I was looking for was not available, or the dimensions were not suitable for my bed. I wasn't very convinced about purchasing this brand because I read quite a few negative reviews. But as I wrote above, I had no other option. The product arrived quite quickly. I have been testing it at home for at least an hour and a half and I see that it does not heat up. I make a request to Skroytz for an exchange or a refund, but they respond that the product cannot be exchanged or returned (and this was not written anywhere!!! but that's another issue....). I call the manufacturing company located in Chios and they respond in a somewhat authoritarian manner, saying that their blankets are of excellent quality, etc., and that they need to stay on for at least 2-3 hours to heat up and be well covered by blankets. Excuse me???? They tell me that due to new European regulations, they must comply with specific heat standards... In short, I do what they tell me and notice that at setting 3 (the maximum), you can get a little warmth and only in the center of the blanket. I bought the 100x155, but you can feel the heat only up to 10 cm before the edge, so it only heats up to 80 cm... So my question is: why make a blanket 100 cm wide when it only heats up to 80 centimeters??? There is no timer and as I said there are only 3 intensity levels, but you only feel the heat at 3. I'm keeping it for now, but I think I will get another brand for next winter
