The change could not be easier from the old fluorescent bulbs. I was disappointed by the videos on YouTube that showed you had to cut wires, remove the ballast, and reconnect some cut ones to make the replacement. Even a store I had previously contacted had described the same process to me. In the end, the change is very simple. You simply replace the bulbs and starters and have more light with less than half the consumption.
