  Well, the gas grill is like all the others, not talking about those with stones, that's what I understood. In order to be able to grill at charcoal level, I made a few modifications. Like closing the tray underneath with a lid so that I can fill it with water, so it has very few ignitions. I took out the cast iron grill and replaced it with a simple one, I put legs on it to raise it about 4 fingers high because it is close to the burners and the meat catches fire and blackens. Even though it has very few ignitions, it grills it very well because it has distance from the flame so it dries it a little on the outside and keeps the meat juicy inside. I open the lid and the water with the fat empties into the bottle, no rubbing or anything.

  Simply a wonderful grill!! Having a little experience with another lava stone grill I have to say there is no comparison!! The grill is very good, the grilled food has nothing to envy to charcoal!! The instructions are a downside!! It took me about 1.30 hours to set it up. When grilling, I open all four burners to the maximum and once it reaches 300 degrees which basically ignites, I open the lid, lower the burners completely to low, and put the meat on. I close the lid and I have no flare-ups at all, and grilling while turning every 5 minutes is perfect!!! I highly recommend it.

  After about 20 grilling sessions, having an overall picture, I present to you my experience.
  First of all, the assembly, if you take your time, takes about an hour. I, who am generally handy, didn't have any difficulty.
  It is quite powerful, grills evenly, okay, there are quite a few flare-ups, but over time I learned to deal with them by moving the meat and lowering the fire.
  I also bought the skewer and the cast iron surface for pizzas-fish, where they do an excellent job.
  Its surface is quite satisfactory, I only use 2 out of the 4 grates for my family (4 people).
  Cleaning is okay, it takes a little time but relatively easy.
  Overall, it is worth its money 100% and for its price, it is on par with grills that cost 500-800€.

  I just bought it, so I don't have an opinion on its use yet. What I want to share with you is that it is sturdy, I needed about 2 hours for assembly, casually with a coffee and some music. Once I use it a few times, I will come back for a re-evaluation.
  I’m back: 1/16/24. After about 10 grilling sessions, I found the following. Grilling is incredibly easy, you feel like a professional chef. The flare-ups from the fat extinguish almost immediately, you just move the meat a little and you're good. Also, the bottle hasn't run out yet (10kg). The grilling is even, and I really didn't expect such deliciousness. Like charcoal. Now let's move on to the difficult part: CLEANING. I'll tell you what I do, and if someone more experienced has other suggestions, please share. As soon as the grilling is done, I turn it on full for a few seconds to burn off any remaining residues. After I turn it off, I scrub the grill well with a steel brush to remove all the burnt residues. I wait for it to cool down and take out the grill and the metal protectors of the burners. Sink scrubbing with a hard sponge and dish soap. The burnt fat comes off very hard. After they are cleaned well, I wipe them with a towel. Then, with a degreaser, I spray the interior walls of the grill because they are splattered with fat. I let it act for a bit and then use a basin with soapy water and a sponge. After that, I wipe with a towel and it's okay. Then I take out the drawer underneath with the cup that collects the fat and wash it in the sink. I place it back and then with a silicone brush, I coat the grill with olive oil for maintenance. This whole process takes me an hour. I admit this is the difficult part of the deal.
  1/15/2025 I continue with many grilling sessions, I changed the cleaning frequency, meaning I clean it after 3-4 grilling sessions in the same way. What I want to add is that the side burner for a pan or pot is quite weak. For example, a pot with sunflower oil for potatoes for two people takes an hour to fry.

  Guys, the grill is worth it! Especially for someone "new" in the world of gas (like me), it's the best. It grills evenly, easily, and quickly. I also bought the hood and the motor-rotisserie that unimac offers. Excellent choice. Cleaning is relatively easy, especially if you have a steam cleaner. The cast iron grates require their own care. If someone is lazy, they can stick to charcoal.

  I have had it for 14 months and I can say that after about 70 grilling sessions, it is definitely worth it. Even grilling, durable and high-quality materials, sturdy. It didn't give me any trouble in cleaning. Overall, it's worth the money, it's perfect.

  It has powerful burners, the back part is slightly stronger maybe because it is more closed, the basic parts are easily removable and washable, the rest is also easily cleaned. It has a cast iron grill, which is divided into 3 points. When grilling with a lot of fat, it ran from the side to the leg, which can be easily corrected. It could have better materials above the burners, the ones it has don't impress me..... time will tell. Overall, I am very satisfied and definitely recommend it!!
