• Before first use, wash the pan with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
• Grease the interior of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
• Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
• Low or medium temperature is sufficient for achieving the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
• Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflowing.
• Allow the pan to cool down, then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
• Use kitchen utensils made only of wood or plastic.
