Very good, it doesn't discharge quickly while charging all kinds of devices quite well, it's not a fast charger but it does its job perfectly and lasts over time. It's a bit heavier than a phone, about the same size, fits comfortably in a bag but I wouldn't recommend it for a pocket.
It is a simple power bank. It does not support fast charging. From the usb type c port it does not charge any device but only charges the power bank. Given its price, you should not have high expectations. Just have it with you for an emergency hour. If you want more, get another one.
