It's been purchased close to 3 years, beautiful, I have no issues with temperatures, quiet. I highly recommend it. A huge bravo to NZXT because they broke my side glass outside of warranty and when I sent them a ticket to see where I can buy a new one, they simply replied that they will send a new one without any charge for materials or shipping, which arrived after about 10 days. I recommend it for both its beauty and the company's service!
One of the best cases on the market, it has excellent cable management and is quite moderate in airflow, but it has a really nice design from the front. I definitely recommend it, and I must not forget to mention that to control the ARGB, you need the NZXT CAM!!

It is a very box that someone should pay to acquire. Although it is mainly for gaming, personally I set it up for home-office use, I just wanted to have a very fast machine for video editing.
The box has exactly as much space as one needs (I didn't have a liquid-cooled CPU and so it looks empty), it is very nicely set up and has everything one needs. I liked that the power supply goes in independently and that it has all the channels ready to easily pass the cables! Really, in the setup we didn't have a single moment of trouble on how to connect something and how each cable would fit. I have put the Asus Rog Strix X570-F with AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 32GB memory 1TB NVMe and a Raid 2x6T with 12GB GPU and it is super.
Initially, I had planned for it to go on the floor next to the desk, but in the end I liked it and left it on the desk! It is quiet and very beautiful!
A purchase you will not regret.
I bought this case in the summer of 2019 to "house" my new PC, and I am completely satisfied with the airflow and dust filtering. The cable management is very convenient and comfortable! The price may seem a bit steep, but believe me, it's worth it and more
I will quickly mention the positives since there are many reviews about them.
Excellent lighting
User-friendly and highly useful application (NZXT Cam)
Beautiful design
Good build quality (partially)
Sufficient and clever cable management slots.
Low noise levels
And now the disadvantages begin.
Its construction is not so sturdy. Without the side panels, it feels like a gamble.
Lack of thumbscrews in the PCI slots, unacceptable for a case that costs 100+ euros. To remove and install a graphics card, you have to 1. remove the tempered glass 2. remove the vertical cover, the only one with a thumb screw (which is intended for vertical graphics card installation) 3. unscrew the tiny screws of the metal covers with a screwdriver. 4. install your card.
If you have a large air cooler, make sure to connect the 4-pin motherboard power connectors before installing the motherboard in the case, otherwise you will regret it. With the pre-installed fan, there is minimal space left in the top part, which makes it impossible to install these specific connectors without removing it.
Average airflow
In general, it strongly encourages you to use NZXT products for your build in order to make your life easier, such as cooling systems and the vertical mount for the graphics card. If you plan to do so, buy it without hesitation.
On the other hand, if you are not willing to spend more on these products, keep in mind what I mentioned above.
I bought it for 106 euros on sale and I wouldn't buy it for a higher price.
I have had the case for 4 months now so I can give my opinion now! The case is beautiful but that is subjective. It has very good spaces for a midi case with a small external size... even with a full wired power supply, cable management was quite easy. My cooler is huge and yet it fits comfortably! The controller on top for fans and LEDs, as well as the LED strips that are also on top, are the best if you don't want to deal with other RGB fan brands or if you don't have an ARGB connector on the motherboard as they connect to an internal USB port! The airflow is very good with 4 120mm fans, 2 in the front for intake and the other two for exhaust (only two were pre-installed). It is as quiet as possible with the appropriate settings from the NZXT software. The company's support is also amazing! I will choose the company again despite the slightly higher prices because here you get what you pay for! (quality and perfect aftersales).
I believe the ideal build for this case is with liquid cooling, which has a front intake position. However, because I am a fan of air cooling for now, I chose a different build that I was afraid would not showcase its beauty too much in this tower. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with its appearance, it has good airflow, a beautiful simple design, perfect nzcam software for many settings, satisfactory fans, and a nice RGB LED strip. Finally, as everyone mentions, it has very good cable management.
I have it for about 10 days. I made a new build after 10 years and I was looking for something that is not Full Tower, to be quiet, with good air flow and aesthetically pleasing. Well, it has very good cable management, it has good air flow, it is quiet, it is beautiful. I combined it with NZXT M22 liquid cooling, M.2 drive, 3700X processor, RX550 graphics card (it is small in length, reaching the height of the processor). The whole build looks very clean, the only cable you see is the one from the liquid cooling. Very good purchase, I wouldn't change it, it's worth the money and more.
The case is very good, elegant, and beautiful, with excellent cable management. The initial problems I encountered were that some screws required both a screwdriver and pliers to be unscrewed (specifically those on the brackets where the GPU goes) and the "peculiar" airflow. No one would describe it as good, but certainly not bad either. Since I live in a dusty area, every time I opened it, it had quite a bit of dust inside, but the fans and dust filters definitely did a good job. However, I believe that a case that would be open from the front (e.g. Kolink, or even better, Fractal Design) would do a much better job in terms of dust filtering and airflow, meaning better value for money. Nevertheless, I give it 4 stars for its excellent build quality, user instructions, and overall functionality.
This specific case is 100% value for money.
A month ago, I built a new PC and was looking for a case that was nice and simple, without all the gaming trends. My friends had bought previous models from Nzxt and were satisfied. After a lot of searching, I ended up with this one...
The case is very good in terms of cable management... it has channels for the cables at the back, and it has hooks everywhere so you can tie the cables and hide them. Now, the main feature that this case has from the H510i is the built-in fan controller at the back of the case and the two LED strips inside. The controller can connect up to 5 fans on 3 channels (the first channel has a splitter for 3), and it also has channels for the Nzxt RGB. The two LED strips are connected together on one channel for the RGB, so you have another free channel to connect whatever you want. In terms of quality, the case is very sturdy and the glass on the sides is of very good quality. Now, in terms of airflow... when you connect everything and install the Nzxt cam, everything becomes easy... through the program, you can adjust when you want the fans to work at full speed depending on the temperatures of the processor or the graphics card, so that more air can pass through.
I highly recommend it...
I'll leave you with a video from a Greek review by Te0chnologist, who has shown the Nzxt h500i (it's the same exact case, just last year's version)

In the positives of the case is its appearance (minimal externally with a clean interior image), the exemplary cable management it offers, and the quality of its construction. Regarding the latter, if someone scratches the glass or the surface or uses a different type of screwdriver than the recommended one, resulting in rashes and related damages, it is another issue and should not be confused with the quality. As for the airflow, which was my main concern before purchasing, I can say that it is quite satisfactory, but it is definitely not recommended if someone wants to set up SLI and overclock the CPU, etc. As for dust, I have no opinion at the moment, but the top fan does not have a dust filter. In its negatives, it also does not provide the possibility for a dual radiator in the top part, although there seems to be space for it. However, this may be related to the predetermined airflow chosen by the company. The LED strip provides nice illumination inside, which you can adjust through the NZXT software to something completely subtle or completely flashy.
In summary, it is a beautiful case, fun and easy to assemble, and with any possible negative characteristics that may not be able to overshadow its overall positive image.
Satisfactory airflow! Relatively quiet although I am considering changing the ceiling fan and installing a slightly larger one for fewer rotations and a slight decrease in dB! Sufficient space for cable management!
Beautiful case, everything gathered. If someone intends to get the plain and then mess with led, don't do it. The system it offers for rgb is worth the extra money.
-Cable management
-Quality
-Excellent and quiet airflow
-Very nice design without exaggerations
In this case with a 7700K processor and Mx-4 paste in relaxed mode, it does not exceed 30 degrees.
A very good case with quiet fans, plenty of space for cable management, and beautiful RGB. I can't say that I was impressed with the case's airflow. You can adjust the fan speeds and RGB through a software called NZXT CAM.
Good evening, the case is incredibly beautiful, I paired it with the water cooling system from the same company M22, I think. It has a fairly easy connection to the cables with the motherboard. But generally, with the LEDs, it came with a lot of cables and it becomes a mess back there. However, I made some adjustments with the stock fans, I put one in the front and one in the back, but this worsened the temperatures. For a case at this price, not having a mesh on the top is a big mistake and the top fan makes a bit of noise. The construction material is amazing, it has a nice texture, but you'll regret it if you scratch it. In general, be careful with the screwdrivers on the case, a simple touch leaves marks. If you build a system above 800€, it's worth it, I would buy it again!
Very good choice especially for those who enjoy minimal design. In the airflow department, it is a star and its spaces are also very satisfactory. Its differences from the previous H500/H510i are minimal, so a very successful case simply continues refreshed. The i version costs more than the regular one but justifies the difference with what it offers.

Perfect design and good construction. Fashion, of course, is the boxes with fractal or similar mesh in front for better airflow, but I prefer it because the temperatures are already good and it is more minimal. Be careful, if you put airfans from another company (I put Corsair's), it is not compatible with the kit that the case already has. You can connect the power (like I did), but you will need a USB splitter (I got one from NZXT that was perfect) to connect an extra RGB controller, like Corsair's, if the motherboard doesn't have enough USB ports, like mine.
Update: The glass broke and the distributor (Zegetron) sent me another one in one day and even for free. If you don't experience it, you don't appreciate what impeccable after-sales service means. NZXT will be my next case just for this reason.
Update 2: After two years, a Type C port was damaged, and they immediately sent me a free replacement. They didn't even charge me for shipping. And only because of Zegetron.gr's support, I will look for options where this company is the distributor for any future purchases.
