Good pillow that helps a lot with neck pain, but depending on each person's height, it may not be as comfortable! I give it 4 stars because it had a strong smell that took about a week to go away.

It helped a lot with my neck pain and it is indeed made of memory foam. 11/24 And 6 years later I wouldn't change it. The blue one you see has a zipper and is of course washable.
