  A tool for every kitchen. I put it through all the tests. I cut my own pastirma, very dry like wood, in all thicknesses I tried the cutter simply did its job. I cut bread perfectly. I cut zucchini, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, salami, cheeses, all with ease and in various thicknesses due to the test. The cutting disc detaches and washes with a press in the center. As for the conveyor, you simply turn it outwards and wash it as you like with soap or with a sponge. Attention all cleaning tasks must be done with the power supply disconnected. Like all cutting tools, tasks must be done by suitable persons who know the operation of the machine and follow safety rules. For its money, the cutter is worth it and more. Because I read about cutting meat, I have to add that raw meats have a special way of cutting with support from the back of the machine and should only be done by knowledgeable meat cutters, to avoid cutting a finger out of ignorance. It cuts frozen ones perfectly. It does not require haste but great care in what we cut and how we handle it. Yes, I would buy the machine again because it is correct.

  I have had it for less than a month since I bought it, I tried it and I am satisfied with it for family use. Well... in its new condition, it cuts perfectly and with minimal self-training, it cuts even better. You will get your cold cuts and your mortadella finely sliced as they should be! I think it is an accessory that I will love in our kitchen, as I can finally cut what I need myself and how I need it, in thin slices that I want to taste. The only issue is washing the wheel to avoid accidents. Women should be careful at this point. However, the biggest problem of all is the moving cutting base for the cold cuts/cheese. Its design does not allow you to remove it when you finish in order to wash it from the fats that stick to its surface by touching the cold cuts or cheese! This is indeed a problem!! You might need to use a piece of adhesive tape to deal with it (I haven't tried this yet, just mentioning it as an idea). It should have been designed with some clever trick, button, or lever to detach it and wash it in your sink. But they didn't make it that way! The suction cups underneath hold, but not so well on plastic tables, although they hold very well on glass. Normally, I would give it 3 stars for the issue I mentioned about the cutting base, but because it stands at a satisfactory level in the kitchen for the job we bought it for, it gets 4 stars by default since there are no 3.5 stars. I would recommend it for purchase due to the 400W power it claims to have. I say this because I haven't tried anything else to compare it with. I also preferred to buy this one with 400W power instead of getting a weaker one with 150W and only 10€ cheaper. With this mindset, I chose it over the others. If anything else comes up in the meantime, I will provide the appropriate update.
