  Very good quality, no comparison to classic vests BUT very uncomfortable to put on and take off and generally uncomfortable as a feeling, it does not button well on you because it is short and ties high and unnecessarily tires you, plus it is not suitable for exercises because it is thickly cut..   Very good construction and definitely better than competitive vests with sandbags. Difficult to place it by yourself, especially if all the weight is on the vest (20kg). Back training on a balance board is satisfactory, as well as walking and running. I will return for an additional comment.

  Having tried other weighted vests where the seams came undone, this one left me with very positive impressions. The seams appear strong. The straps fit tightly and securely. Because the weights are made of metal and not sand, this results in the weight taking up less space on the body compared to sand-filled vests. An excellent vest at a good price!
