Did you find this review helpful?I have killed various vacuum cleaners as they melt EVERY day (in a household environment / but the old ones go through cars, debris, dirt until death :P). So, I had different brands until I settled for Miele (with the old motors) and I changed three parts with the same company. Then, I had the smart idea not to trust the new motors (with fewer watts) and I loaded up on 3 famous brands, as either they had powerful motors with poor peripheral quality or the opposite or -after 3 months- everything became useless. Now, I have this one without handle controls, without many additional attachments (extra brush heads, etc.). And if I buy anything else, my hands will be cut off :P
Is it powerful enough? It is (I was afraid it wouldn't be), but when approaching half a bag (something easy), it loses quite a bit, I would say. It does the job but doesn't remain.. a suction cup! :P (like the old motors). After half a bag, towards 3/4, you change the bag and.. it comes back to life.
Is it quiet? No, at maximum, but it works (by the way, the buttons -which I was afraid of- work well, for months now). However, it is quiet on medium settings.
Is it flexible? It is heavy but the small wheels do the job (even on hard carpet) with the spiral being traditionally durable (unless you are rough and push it against furniture and pull it like a cow, for example) = it doesn't get stuck because it got jammed in the furniture and you continue because you are listening to a podcast, for example.
Is it easy to store? Yes, easily but.. WHAT do we mean by "easily"? You will attach the foot to the side (in the old ones, the plastic bump would break at some point, here it remains to be seen) but you will have the spiral pasta flying around. So, yes, it stands upright just fine but it doesn't disappear ;) (=it will always have a volume/compare it to similar ones, don't take it from behind the door, for example).
Number of attachments? The completely basic ones (this package here).
Is it of good quality? Yes, absolutely!! Basically (I will sound like a fanboy [..I don't know how, since I only write], but) it is like the others are toys. The small ones become little horses and it doesn't break, for example

It is true that you get what you pay for.
High quality, flexible, relatively quiet, with a classic design, and a huge high-quality cord.
The vacuum cleaner doesn't just clean, it feels like it's scrubbing. I vacuumed the entire house on the carpet setting, gentle noise and powerful suction. At full power, it can even lift the rugs off the floor. Completely odorless.
The attachments snap on and stay in place. The brush attachment is fantastic. As soon as you attach it to the vacuum cleaner, the bristles close and it doesn't leave any dust behind. It is also rotatable and fits into every corner. I hope it lasts because it is made with natural bristles.
At first, it may have a slight smell, which is natural due to the new materials, but after a while, it's fine.
The bags are large and high quality, nothing escapes. They are a bit expensive, but as I said, you get what you pay for.
I recommend it to anyone who wants a high-quality vacuum cleaner.
