Its been 1 year, connection side of the cable is broken.
Store did not accepted product back because of wear and tear user damage. It is ironic that after a year because of material quality, you cant use your headphones and can not change it with your 2 year warranty.- Sound

I probably had the previous model - all black and with a slightly larger microphone attachment, I bought them last year. I used them at work for calls, sometimes I couldn't be heard very clearly, but that's known with Handsfree, I enjoyed listening to music relatively well. The big issue arose after about 2 months of use, when I tried to clean them with alcohol and a cotton swab, the glue that holds the external plastic that somehow "clicks" into the earpiece came off. When I then tried to reattach it, they didn't fit well and became useless.

However... unfortunately, I will give it 4 stars. You should know that they have a lifespan of about 1 year. I have bought them 5 times since 2018, whether they are black or white, the color doesn't matter. This particular model breaks down within a year.

I bought them about a year ago and waited until I made an evaluation.
The headphones are very good for their price. Note that you don't get headphones for professional sound use (sound engineers, editors, etc.) but for everyday use and convenience. Which means that "they are not professional" and other characterizations are meaningless. And to preempt some, I am a professional in sound and image and I know.
For everyday use, they are very good. I mainly use them to listen to music from my laptop and to do quick tasks that involve sound. The silicone attachment may be difficult for some and may not fit well in their ears. This does not mean it will happen to everyone. It fits properly for me and isolates external sound very well. It is also important that my sound is not audible to those around me.
The cable, when tangled, untangles almost on its own, very helpful. What also mattered a lot to me is the angled plug, if it was at a 90-degree angle, even better, but everyone judges that according to their needs.

The sound quality for the caller is generally bad. I don't think it was worth the purchase. The bass in the music is "lifeless" and it is possibly due to the mediocre fit in the ear.

I bought them for 20 euros from the supermarket. This type of headphones suits me very well in general, they are comfortable, but if you work with them, after a while they will irritate your ear. Nice sound with decent bass (for 20 euros, they are fine) and very useful.
THE NEGATIVES:
I have changed them 4 times in 2 years because they keep breaking. Luckily, they have a 2-year warranty, but due to excessive use because I work with them, they started breaking more frequently.
The first time the left headphone broke, the second time the right one broke, the third time the cable got cut internally, and the fourth time it wouldn't connect to my phone... I had reached a point where I was changing them every 2 months, very disappointing durability, and every time the plastic cover of the headphone would come off, resulting in irritation to your ear if it didn't fit properly.I kept buying them because I really liked the type of headphones (not the ones with the cushion that I dislike) and they are relatively affordable.

I bought them with high expectations due to the brand name. I am a sound professional and JBL is one of the brands I use.
They fit well in my ear, they seem to be of good quality construction, but... either the headphones themselves or the way they fit in my ear prevent low and mid-range frequencies from being heard. In the end, I have a tinny sound that can only be used to make speech clearer during phone calls.
I have heard better sound from 5 euro headphones.

The positives with these headphones are only that the cable does not tangle at all because the cable is of a braided type and that they fit properly in the ear and do not come off or fall out. Now the negatives: first of all, they have unacceptable sound quality. I bought them at the not at all privileged price of 20 euros and I say this because they have the same sound as some headphones that cost 2 to 5 euros. And then the thing that completely drove me crazy was that the inner part that goes into the ear has a non-slip surface which completely came off for me. The best part is that the pause play button works whenever it wants, so it stops the song after 5 minutes. I really have no words because it's JBL and from such a reputable company, you expect quality in everything. One problem I noticed is related to the microphone. In every conversation, on ps4, mobile, etc., where I speak, the other person complains that they hear 2 or more voices of their own, it doesn't have such good insulation. However, even though the left earphone has now broken, they lasted a long time of intense use, it must have been 6-12 months. The sound is nice, it has a bit of bass, at least in the beginning. As for whether it fits well in the ear, it caused a sore in my right ear, but I got used to it later. Overall, in terms of the sound they reproduce, they are of good quality, no doubt about it. And considering that they cost only 16€, I would say they are worth it. I am also thinking of buying them again, but I might try something new. They even have the disadvantage of the color fading and the plastic being visible inside, as well as the fact that it collects dust, but that is quite unavoidable.
