They have very good sound in terms of what you hear, however the microphone sometimes - not always - makes "clicking" noises (interference) resulting in the person you are talking to not hearing you clearly. They do their job well and more for their price, so I would buy them again.

Reading the reviews (some of them problematic from the beginning), I bought 3 pieces.
Unfortunately, the first one had a slight buzzing sound from the start, which became unbearable within 2-3 weeks.
I threw away the second one as soon as I tried it (my interlocutor heard a terrible buzzing sound immediately).
The third one has been working perfectly for over a month.At €2.7 per piece, and even if one out of three turns out to be good, their value for money is good.

I definitely recommend them, just be careful that they are indeed genuine and that the cable at the end (where the jack is) has the lines and is not just plain plastic because I have bought 2 with the lines and one that is just plain plastic, and it may not be the authentic Samsung one because the sound is completely different from the other 2.

The problem was not in the plug, but in the base of the cable with the plug. It seemed like it had snapped internally. In one month, the left one completely stopped working.

I had a similar one from my old phone, the 2016 grand prime, and I thought it would be just as good for handsfree. These ones are awful. Very cheaply made compared to the "official" ones and the sound is very disappointing.

If you are looking for the genuine Samsung headphones, the ones that were included in the phone's packaging when you bought it... don't bother looking!! They are simply NOT those!! They are fake... I bought 2 pairs and one sounded relatively good (a bit muffled sound), but the second pair had 2 left earphones!! One of them was even... deaf!! In 2 days, the left earphone stopped working for no reason! Considering the price I bought them for, (< 3€ per pair) ... it's still okay... However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL...

I bought 2 pairs and they have made me very satisfied. I have been using them for 4 months now, for studying with the computer, listening to music with my phone, playing games on the PS4, and overall a lot of use. However, they are sturdy, sound clear, and both the sound and the microphone of the headphones are quite satisfactory, but teachers often complain that they can't hear me, but it's probably a problem with either Webex or the internet. However, these headphones have 2 very annoying things. 1) This strange design with one earphone cable being short and the other long makes the left earphone (with the long cable) not have enough pressure from the weight of the cable and not sit securely in the ear. 2) Due to this design, they tangle too easily when you want to store them somewhere, even if you have wrapped them carefully. They are good quality headphones at a very good price and I highly recommend them without hesitation. (I wish they also had them in black)

Note, I don't like the headphones with the cushions, and in my ears, the headphones that came with my phone (Samsung, of course) were more comfortable. I have had these headphones for about 1 year and I use them daily.
Positives:
+ Very good sound
+ Small in size
+ I hardly ever use the microphone, but I tested it a couple of times and it works fine.
+ Very good price
Negatives:
- The cable! It gets tangled all the time. You leave them neatly and after a while, you find them completely tangled. It's a real pain! (see the pictures).
- Fit and comfort. At first, they were so uncomfortable that I doubted why I bought them. It really took me a week to get used to them.
- Excessively long cable (not a very serious negative). You might say now, "But how should the cable be? Short?" Well... you'll see that the excessively long cable also has its negatives! For example, while you're walking, the cable can get caught on something and pull one earphone out of your ear.
- Durability. These headphones need to be replaced every year. Otherwise, the cable gets damaged and the sound quality deteriorates.
