Very good juicer for the money it asks for... it didn't trouble me with washing... and it squeezes just fine... just a little caution for older people not to put everything under the faucet... the black part with the cable doesn't go under the faucet, you just clean it with a cloth or sponge... I think at the 18-20 it costs, it's the top choice and worth 100%
The only positive thing is the large glass container. Everything else is terrible. The plastic is of poor quality and difficult to clean. I squeezed a lemon and half of the juice remained inside because if you press it too hard, it stops turning. Also, two-thirds of the plastic stay inside and you have to manually throw it into the bin. The 30 watts do very little work. It will be returned and it's a shame for the effort and the positive comments. I will get one with much higher watts.
The collection of juice and the cleaning process are very inconvenient, as the electrical parts are located on the top of the device. In less than 5 months, with minimal use, it stopped working
For €14.5 with a glass container that you can also use for other things.. it's good.
The downside is that the glass container doesn't have a very good spout, and it spills a little every time you try to pour into a glass.
The other downside is that if you put too much pressure while squeezing, the motor automatically changes direction (from clockwise to counterclockwise, or from counterclockwise to clockwise). I have noticed this in all the Black & Decker lemon squeezers I have tried. The problem with this is that in some phases, the motor doesn't squeeze.. because it keeps turning... right-left-right-left... so it doesn't complete the cycle. And you have to leave it and use less force.
In terms of noise, it's okay compared to others. The quietest electric one I have tried so far.
A great juicer. I have been squeezing oranges so far only and it does its job and it's also quiet. Nice glass container, heavy of course, easy to clean. Quiet as I said, my old one that broke used to make a lot of noise, of course it lasted 20 years, let's see this one. The spout it has doesn't protect much from splashing, so you put your hand in and everything is ok.
With a glass jug very nice!!
