Although I am not accustomed to making reviews so quickly, I seize the opportunity to help more friends who had the same problem. I have been using the vacuum cleaner for a month now and it cleans very well even in STANDARD mode (it has 4 suction levels: SLEEP, STANDARD, MEDIUM, STRONG) due to its powerful 2200 Pascal suction power. I found the VIOMI V2 PRO in a Greek store and bought it for 317 euros because the vacuum cleaner had never been available in Greece on the XIAOMI HOME app (only the regular viomi v2 was available in the search). I couldn't connect it to Wi-Fi, so I asked a friend who told me that because this version was not available in Greece, I had to set the region to Germany instead of Greece in the XIAOMI HOME app, as these vacuums are divided into two categories: INTERNATIONAL, which exclusively use the XIAOMI HOME app, and CHINESE, which are sold through ALI EXPRESS and only use the VIOMI app. I also had to keep the Bluetooth on for the initial connection and have the vacuum and its base close to the router. Indeed, when I did all these things, the vacuum connected automatically. Of course, the menu is in English, which I am not familiar with, but I believe I will learn it over time. Besides having a slightly better battery than the regular v2 (which is important to me) and an extra bin for mopping, it is almost the same vacuum as the regular one. It also comes with a set of additional spare parts inside the box. What my friends said about cords and small objects that need to be picked up before activating it is true. It cleans carpets very well! For light carpets, it is advisable to lift them before using the vacuum. My wife taped the fringes under the carpets and everything was fine. In a 100 square meter house, it vacuumed in 55 minutes (a total of 45 square meters) and used only 50% of its battery, so it can vacuum without needing to be recharged. We didn't use it for mopping due to the carpets, but I will update once we do. Also, it is very important to note that it has much larger bins compared to other vacuums (550ml each). I hope I helped.

Effectiveness on floors
Does it pass through all the points in the space where you leave it?
It's excellent! I've had it for a year now, it cleans exceptionally well, even the carpets. The only thing is that when they are very dirty, I may need to use it a second time to pass over them, especially in my house where my little one leaves crumbs and dirt from playing soccer, and the carpets are new and collect a lot of dust. So when the bin gets full, it doesn't pick up everything, so I empty the bin and use it a second time. It keeps the house clean and I don't need to hire a cleaning lady every week, just once a month for the details. The impressive thing is that it cleans very well even a synthetic rug that I have, which with a regular vacuum cleaner would leave oil stains because the papers and such stick to it and it doesn't pick them up. The only problem is that it doesn't handle tassels on the carpets well, it collects them in its brush and gets stuck.
As for mopping, I have the following to say: it doesn't remove dried stains like sauce or coffee (those usually require scrubbing even with a mop). But in my house, where I have glossy tiles that need to be dried after mopping or they look terrible, the result is truly impressive because where it mops, it immediately dries it as well, and then they shine like a mirror, as if I had used wax.
Its battery lasts quite a while. It easily cleans a 100 sqm house. When I have it pass over the whole house twice, it doesn't finish it completely, it leaves about 30 sqm, then it goes to charge and continues from where it left off.
The app on the phone and tablet is very easy to use, I have divided the rooms on the map it has created on its own, and I send it to clean whichever room I want. Just before sending it to clean somewhere, you need to pick up the floor (socks, books, etc.)
In short, I am in love with my vacuum cleaner... and for the 290 euros I paid for it... it has definitely been worth the money so far.

Owner of the V2 Pro which is the same as the V2, it just has 3 containers, one extra for cleaning and wiping at the same time. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and wiping, however, it broke after 2 months and 15 uses. It doesn't suck strongly and seems clogged. I have to send it back to Germany for repair since there is no service in Greece. It wasn't a good choice after all.

Regarding the noise of the vacuum cleaner, I have been extremely satisfied since in the application where it says start, you swipe up and it gives you the option for suction power! I put it on turbo the first time and since then I clean with standard. No comparison in terms of sound! In silent mode, it cleans and doesn't disturb even during sleeping hours!
I have had it for almost 9 months!! It cleans daily. It is incredible in everything! It cleans perfectly even corners without any problem! Well, as for mopping, there is no comparison. In the summer, I don't even touch a mop. Large bins so that constant emptying is not necessary! I hope they bring spare parts to Europe at some point and then there will be no competition! It is also very good on carpets! Overall, since it cleans the house daily, I haven't seen any dust, hair, or trash anywhere. Watch out for socks!!

Does it pass through all the points in the space where you leave it?
Bought it 10 days ago and it really solved my problems. For 300€, I think it's the best choice.
Pros:
-Good battery life (1% per 2 hours)
-Easy Xiaomi app
-Space mapping (with sensors)
-Very good vacuuming and mopping
-Can climb and clean carpets
Overall, it's a perfect solution for everyday home cleaning, but in no way can any robot replace the cleaning done by human hands (corners, behind and under furniture, etc.).

Effectiveness on floors
Does it pass through all the points in the space where you leave it?
I bought the Viomi V2 Pro from abroad (unfortunately, I couldn't find the V2 Pro in a Greek store) which comes with 3 containers. One 550ml container for dust, one 550ml container for mopping, and one 300+200ml container for simultaneous sweeping and mopping.
I was quite skeptical despite the very positive reviews (I was torn between Viomi and Roborock S50 and ultimately chose Viomi for its promise of better mopping, and I don't regret it).
The product seems very high-quality and after the first use, I was genuinely amazed by the result!
Not so much from the sweeping (where I expected it to do a very good job) but mainly from the mopping, which I didn't believe could provide such a result.
In detail, after the relatively easy pairing process and connection to my phone via the Mi Home app, the vacuum took on the task of cleaning the entire house (about 75sqm) and simultaneously creating a map. The result was impressive because even though I thought the house was relatively clean, at the end of the cleaning, the vacuum's dustbin was full of dust. It really couldn't fit anything else. I was genuinely surprised by how quickly a house collects dust (even though I don't open it much), and the next day when I used the vacuum again, the dustbin was half full again!
However, the big surprise came from the mopping. Filling the large capacity (and useful) water tank, I placed the extra fabric attachment for mopping on the device and started mopping. In fact, as I had read online, I also sprayed some floor cleaner on the tiles, and personally (but my wife has the same opinion), I found the result to be amazing. Only very stubborn stains resisted the Viomi (which even with a regular mop required effort to remove). The large container helped avoid the need to refill the water tank. The floor looked incredibly clean, and the water flow control through the app is very good.
The vacuum is controlled through the Xiaomi Home app, which works quite satisfactorily. It gives you full control of the vacuum with all its functions, informs you about everything that happens, and you can start the vacuum from anywhere. However, the app could be a bit faster in response, and at one point, it showed the charger of the vacuum in the wrong position on the existing map, which caused the vacuum to have difficulty finding its base and created orientation problems. I had to reset the map to correct this.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend it compared to the Roborock S50 if someone is interested in the mopping function, where I believe the Viomi clearly excels.

(11/10/20)
After 10+ months of use, I can confidently say that it has more than justified its cost. (120sqm house)
It is an absolute tool, effortless, reliable, everything you need.
Bought on Black Friday 12/2019 for €299.
Unfortunately, not many stores have it, which is why its price doesn't drop.
My opinion is to wait two months until the next Black Friday.
What can I say,
the vacuum is amazing, it doesn't get stuck on carpets, it cleans perfectly,
the mopping is by far the best of all, and I support it with three things:
1. Large water tank.
2. It mops separately, without vacuuming.
3. It has three options for the water quantity (low, normal, high)

Effectiveness on floors
Does it pass through all the points in the space where you leave it?
It is truly impeccable. Viomi, a subsidiary of Xiaomi, is the company behind this specific vacuum cleaner, which is similar to the roborock S5 with some differences.
Pros:
- Stronger suction power.
- Incomparably better mopping, as the flow is electronically controlled, unlike the S5, and it also has approximately triple the water capacity. It has 560 ml while the S5 has around 150 ml.
Cons (compared to the S5):
- It has a smaller battery, but this won't be a problem for a normal or large-sized apartment. It uses about 30% of the battery to clean a 70 sqm house at medium power.
- It doesn't have a carpet sensor, which means that if we choose mopping, we will have to use a virtual wall in the application to prevent it from passing over the carpet and getting it wet. It takes about 5 seconds to set up.
Overall, it is an excellent choice!
