A variable design of 4-6 teeth per inch with a 10° angle provides the following advantages:

• Faster and more aggressive cutting.
• Improved heat dissipation during cutting.
• Deeper curved notches that provide more effective chip removal.
• Special tooth shape angle with less stress for engagement in thin materials.
• Alternating placement of teeth to minimize any jamming and friction.
• Requires less feed pressure.

High-speed steel type Matrix II is used for the toothed surface of the hole saw.

Bi-metal construction with high-speed steel tooth welded to a low-alloy steel body.

Due to high wear resistance, these hole saws are ideal for cutting difficult and hard materials.

The base of the hole saw is made of thick steel.

Four-pin guide for easy axle placement.

Designed round base, ideal for large diameter hole saws.
