It works perfectly, but the perfect thing is that in the eco and sleep settings it is completely silent. I have no negative term at present because it is a recent purchase. I would prefer only the remote control to be illuminated, secondly, the WiFi connection should have been much simpler, which I have not managed to connect until today. And lastly, but it does not concern the machine, is that the purchase receipt has not been sent to me yet, even after a month, and it was not included inside or outside the packaging.

Relatively quiet as an air conditioner. The exact previous model HOWEVER when operating in heating made annoying small noises (plastic parts) that were repetitive mainly when the motor had stopped or dropped in RPMs, unfortunately, I made the mistake of installing it (the previous model) in a bedroom. This one does not have that problem. As for performance, it is quite good, meaning it cools quickly and heats quickly and economically in both cases. On the negative side, there are NO instructions for connecting it to the internet in the packaging. One must refer to the internet to find something which is a DRAWBACK of the company. Finally, although there is a warranty, there are reservations regarding the technical support of the company which is NOT the well-known TESLA.

I have it for 3 days and it seems very good, it is in a living room-kitchen area, around 55 sq.m. It is very efficient, powerful, but it changes the room temperature very quickly, around 20 minutes. I haven't figured out how to connect it to the app, it's not even in the manual, a big mistake, not to have at least one app specifically for Tesla. That's why 4 stars. I will come back if anything changes

Whatever I say will be little. I have bought two air conditioners from this specific company, a 24,000 BTU for a 60 sqm space and a 12,000 BTU for a 40 sqm space.
