One of the best Vermouths. With a fragrant and strong taste that I would describe as "medicinal" - after all, the vermouths were sold there. However, I will disagree with many here. It is excellent as an aperitif but not suitable for cocktails! It dominates their flavor, and that is only good if its partner is mediocre, like a Gordon’s. However, a good cocktail needs Dry Vermouth and attention to the… first violin! The company even has a cheaper and amazing one.

5 stars from me as this particular vermouth serves as the base for any cocktail you want to make. I use it as a base for a Negroni as it has a unique aroma. I recommend it, as mentioned in other reviews, it needs to be refrigerated to avoid spoiling.

Excellent vermouth, just make sure to put it in the fridge after opening so that its taste doesn't "spoil".
