I bought this remote control after my previous (same) one broke. And I believe that this is its only problem, if the user is not careful, they can break it, and this is due to its thin plastic construction.
Nevertheless, it is very comfortable in the hand and works properly.
For those wondering how it connects, it is done automatically (if the TV supports it), because all compatible remote controls emit the same light, which the TV understands. That is, after inserting the batteries, if you aim it towards the TV, all commands should work.
Overall, a very good product that functions exactly as it should. That's why the 5-star review.

The remote control worked directly on the TV without any adjustment on my part. Maybe it was done by the store because I informed them about the code of my TV, maybe not. What matters is that all its functions respond to the TV, it has a very good range, you don't need to press the buttons hard, and ultimately it seems to be better compared to the factory one that came out six years ago.
