Very heavy and unevenly balance so difficult to handle.
The support strap had been fitted in the wrong place and its position is not adjustable making it even harder to support and balance.
No stater bottle of chain oil supplied.
It seemed to cut ok once you were able to position it but because of its weight it is a bit of hit and miss.

For amateur use, it is satisfactory.
I have been using it for about a month. It cuts like a knife, from medium thickness branches to even smaller ones.
The chain is adjusted from the front base and on the side of the oil container.
Use good quality oil, as with all friction and cutting machines, do not skimp on cost.
At first, until you get used to it, it will feel quite heavy.
One trick is to open the handle as much as possible so that the hand stretches when holding it like a lever.
For cutting while standing on a ladder, it requires GREAT CAUTION because it pulls due to its weight.
